sugalplay Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the sugalplay platform available at sugalplay.asia (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the sugalplay Platform. sugalplay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the sugalplay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of sugalplay or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by sugalplay or any recognized gaming authority.
• You must not have had a previous sugalplay account terminated for cause.

To access the full features of the sugalplay Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. sugalplay uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify sugalplay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

sugalplay reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the sugalplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sugalplay supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your sugalplay account in real time or within the processing time specified for each payment method. sugalplay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• sugalplay targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• sugalplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

sugalplay offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• sugalplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

All games available on the sugalplay Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

sugalplay uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure fair and statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, sugalplay's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. sugalplay is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sugalplay Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one sugalplay account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any other unauthorized technical means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward sugalplay staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.

All content on the sugalplay Platform — including but not limited to the sugalplay brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sugalplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sugalplay Platform without prior written consent from sugalplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sugalplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform's services for any reason.

sugalplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sugalplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sugalplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sugalplay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and sugalplay cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

sugalplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

sugalplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity conducted through your account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.

Upon termination for cause, sugalplay reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

sugalplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sugalplay will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at sugalplay.asia/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sugalplay Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sugalplay from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
